All VOLANT hats are handmade, one of a kind, and final sale.

If your hat arrives damaged or incorrect, email wearvolant@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.

Because every hat is assembled by hand, small variations in feather placement, color, and stone are part of each piece's character, not defects.

No returns or exchanges on one-of-one pieces once accepted in good condition.
