VOLANT began as a personal creative outlet that slowly turned into something people kept asking about.

Each hat starts with a classic trucker and is finished with feathers I select and place by hand. I’ll sort through an entire bag of feathers to find the one that makes the design work. No two hats ever land the same.

The name VOLANT reflects the movement and energy behind the hats - feathers, flight, and the feeling of something light that carries presence.

When I wear these hats, they feel a little like armor in the best way. Feathers carry both beauty and strength, and they instantly make an outfit more interesting. Each VOLANT hat is a small piece of wearable artwork, designed and assembled by hand in Louisiana.
