Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of each piece, all sales are final.
What if an order arrived damaged?
Please make contact within 48 hours of delivery with photos so the issue can be properly addressed.

What style of hat is this?
Premium OTTO foam trucker hats are used, featuring a structured front, breathable mesh back, comfy inner sweat band, and adjustable snap closure.
How does it fit?
One size fits most. The adjustable snapback fits approx 21.5” - 23.5” and sits comfortably without feeling tight.
Is it comfortable for all-day wear?
Yes! They’re lightweight, breathable, and structured to hold its shape while still feeling easy to wear. (I wear mine 6+ hours a day, 4-5 times a week working the sales floor!)

Are the hats handcrafted?
Yep, they sure are. Every hat is designed and assembled by hand, each with its own unique personality.
Will the hat look exactly like the photos?
Short answer: Yes; the hat you see is the exact hat you will get! Please keep in mind that natural materials and hand placement ensures that each hat is one of a kind.
Why do some hats look slightly different in style from each other?
Variations in feathers, texture, and placement are intentional and part of the handcrafted process.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Who makes the hats?
All hats are crafted in Lafayette, LA by Lilah Primeaux.
Care & Materials
How durable are the feathers?
Feathers are naturally resilient and designed to be worn. They can withstand far more than expected while maintaining their form. (Remember, they’re what the birds wear!)
What if my hat gets wet?
If feathers become wet, gently reshape them by hand and allow them to air dry. Once dry, they will return to their natural shape and character. Moisture will not ruin the hat.
How should the hat be cared for overall?
Spot clean. Avoid machine washing, full submersion, or crushing to preserve structure and materials. Pro tip: Keep your Oh Since 25 hat box to store your hat in!

Yes. Local pickup is available in Lafayette, Louisiana. Pickup details are provided after checkout when this option is selected.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. During launches, limited releases, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly.

Yes. Tracking information is provided to you as soon as the order ships.

Are custom hats available?
Yes, custom orders are gladly accepted! Please send a direct message on Instagram to inquire.
Will sold-out styles be restocked?
Some designs may return, but many are intentionally limited. Availability is never guaranteed.
